The perfect cookies recipe for when you feel like having a big treat but you don't have the time for all the work a proper cake demands. These will be perfect for any holiday table- just look at them!

Ingredients for cookies:

Peanut Butter - 1 cup

Sugar - 1 cup

Eggs - 1

Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp.

Chocolate kisses - 30

Method of preparing the cookies:

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cream peanut butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract.
Roll into small balls and space them evenly on a baking sheet.
Place in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the tops are cracked.
Quickly press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie.
Let them settle for 5 minutes and serve.
