Overnight Chia Oats
Ingredients for Overnight Chia Oats:
Almond milk - 1 cup
Bananas - 1/2 (mashed)
Rolled Oats - 1/2 cup
Chia seeds - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparing the Overnight Chia Oats:
  1. Place all ingredients in a pint jar with a lid. Shake well and then cover. Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.
