In a small saucepan, add 1 cup of water, the fonio, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn down the heat to a minimum and cover with a lid. Stir often until all the water has absorbed - about 4-5 minutes.

Transfer the cooked fonio to a serving bowl and mix in the coconut cream, little by little. You can add more if needed for a creamy texture.

Top the fonio base with fruit and seeds, drizzle with honey, and enjoy!
