When I watch a cooking show on TV or grab a recipe book, they all look delicious, but each one requires so many ingredients – some of which I can’t even find. These easy-to-make pancakes require only 3 ingredients. They only take a couple of minutes to make and preparation is also very fast. They are also gluten-free and even paleo-friendly.

Method of preparing the 3-Ingredient Banana Pancakes:

Mash the banana, but not too much, you don’t want it smooth.

Mix the eggs and cinnamon with the mashed banana.

Fry in a pan on medium heat until the pancakes are nice and golden.

You can stack them or make them bite size. For an even quicker method, make one giant pancake and cut it after it's cooked.
Chef's Tip:
Bonus: for extra fluffy pancakes – add 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda. For special treats – add chocolate chips or walnuts to the mix
