Banana pancakes have become a popular dessert in homes all over the world, but we reckon there’s one thing that would make them even better – chocolate.
This recipe will be perfect for a routine-breaker breakfast, or a slow Sunday morning. Alternatively, stack them high enough and you got yourself a cake!

Method of preparing the Chocolate Banana Pancakes:

Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until the mixture is whipped and homogenous, about 1-2 minutes.

Heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat. Coat the pan with a little butter or coconut oil.

Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the batter into the hot pan. Add any optional toppings you'd like when the first side is cooking.

Cook the pancake until it'sĀ golden brown on the first side, about 1 minute. Flip it, cook the second side until golden brown and set, for about 1-2 minutes.

Place the cooked pancakes on a serving dish and drizzle with a syrup of your choice.
