| Looking at grainy pictures of the past can be so fascinating, right? What if you also got to view video clips of an era gone by? This archival footage from the EYE Filmmuseum shows us a rare and incredible view of life in 20th century Tokyo, Japan. The clip was filmed in 1913 and 1915 and has been colorized and upscaled for a better viewing experience. As you will see in the 4-minute video, people back then were certainly not used to seeing a video camera. It's amazing to see how different life was more than 100 years back! |
