What exactly are the five Tibetans?

The Five Tibetans comprise a set of yoga exercises that have been around for over 2,500 years. Unlike traditional Indian yoga, which emphasizes stillness, these exercises focus on continuous movement to bring relief to both the body and mind. Often referred to as the "fountain of youth," the Five Tibetans have a positive impact on the body, mind, and soul.

Performing the Five Tibetans

The Five Tibetans are five simple yoga exercises that prioritize continuous movement and can be easily done at home. Dedicate just 10 minutes a day to these exercises, and you will surely experience the benefits.
Notes and highlights:
  • It is recommended to repeat each exercise 21 times, gradually working your way up to this number.ש
  •  Start by doing each exercise 7 times, and gradually increase the repetitions to build your endurance.
  • Once you feel confident and prepared, perform 14 repetitions of each exercise before moving on to 21 repetitions.
  • Take a few deep breaths between each ritual and follow them in order.

  • Exhale and lower your hands.
