From the summit of the Vojak Mountain, in Ucka Park, you can take in an amazing view of the mountain ranges, and this wonderful and natural abundance is undoubtedly the best Croatia has to offer its visitors. Throughout the year, the mountain range by the seashore is full of green growth.
This park crosses two vast shopping malls, one water canal and plenty of plants, and in fact has several different ecosystems that can be explored; the cliffs have trees growing down them which provide shade for most of the day, at the bottom of the canyons, small streams pass through rocky terrain, at the top of the mountain range, there is an amazing and wild landscape, and in each of these areas there is a different variety of animals, some of which include endangered birds. There are many different levels of difficulty here, and if you enjoy mountain climbing, we highly recommend that you visit this amazing park.
Despite the amazing nature of Risnjak National Park, it hardly sees visitors. This means that those who choose to visit can definitely enjoy an isolated and quiet trip, with pleasant and comfortable weather throughout the year. The reason why this amazing place hardly receives visitors is that its best to do so with a tour guide, as there are bears, wolves and wild boars roaming its land, although only in a few cases have visitors encountered them.
The Greeks, Austrians, and Venetians all had ownership of this park’s islands at one point or another, and therefore it can be said that this park has the most diverse history in all of Croatia. Brijuni Park is full of historical sights, some of which date back to the 14th century BC, and include Roman ruins, Crusader churches and even footprints that probably belong to dinosaurs.
Large boulders rise from the ground of this park and between them are tiny forests, which makes for a unique and charming view. The mountains here are the largest mountain range in Croatia, surrounded by ruins of old huts and houses, which have succumbed to the harsh winds that occur in the area from time to time. These houses, along with the newer buildings built in the park, make for a picturesque landscape that can be stared at for hours.
