Up until now, whenever we wrote facebook comments, we could only use text to describe our feelings, such as :) | :( or :/
Facebook has just announced to its 1 Billion members that emoticons are finally part of the facebook package! Now you can use any of these text shortcuts to make a real face or other emoticon when writing a status, commenting to a friend, or reacting to something interesting. Emoticons are always a fun way to spruce up a conversation or status with some whimsy fun ;) Just type the text codes in any facebook comment to see the graphic result!
