Using carefully selected images and colors, Ngoc covers up scars, skin defects, birthmarks, stretch marks, and other perceived imperfections with gorgeous body art and vibrant shades. The goal of this artist is for her customers to overcome their insecurities and gain confidence, so the next time they look at their scars or marks, they'll only see loveliness, joy, and creativity.
