The Best Wildlife Photos of 2015
The Natural History Museum has released the winning pictures from their annual Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition, and as ever there are some stunning photos capturing all elements of the natural world. An amateur photographer called Don Gutoski was named the overall winner for his emotional capture of a battle between two foxes, beating competition from 42,000 hopeful entrants. The images below represents just a small number of the incredible photos submitted to the competition, and the best images are now on display at the museum in London, England. A Tale of Two Foxes by Don Gutoski - the Grand Winner of the competition. The photographer has described the photo of a red fox with its arctic fox prey as 'the best picture I've ever taken in my life. It's the symmetry of the heads, the bodies and tails - even the expression on the faces'. |
